AY SIG DINAMAK! Davao Central College campaign "Basura ko, linis ko"

On February 23, 2024, Davao Central College conducted a campaign on proper waste management. As part of this initiative, the school introduced and adopted a new policy, the "Basura ko, linis ko" advocacy, aimed at promoting a safe and healthy environment by discouraging single-use plastics.

The campaign served as a reminder of the pressing need to address the issue of waste management, not just within our school community but on a global scale. But... i don't really think a campaign like this would work. the students themselves are the problem. we need to strike fear in their minds in order for an advocacy like this to work. well, that's just my yellow-journalism-point-of-view of this matter. I'm nothing but a hypocrite shitting on other people's shit.

still, the adoption of the "Basura ko, linis ko" advocacy signifies a proactive step towards fostering a culture of environmental responsibility and stewardship among students and staff alike. By encouraging individuals to rethink their consumption habits and reduce the use of single-use plastics, the initiative aims to instill a sense of ownership and accountability for the waste we produce.

AYAW PAG DINAMAK!!
