The Lack of Technology
in Schools and How It Affects Students (feature)
The lack of working computers on campus affects the productivity of a fraction of students who do not own a personal computer and only rely on the computer lab.
Aside from plastic waste, improper parking, and the hair color issue, a critical issue looms large: the shortage of computers. Listen to the given audio and then practice the given instructions. This shortage will be very detrimental to the students, as they will be deprived of some basic units, which are the foundation of every student's educational existence. Sometimes the schools do not have enough computers, thus the students face the obstacles of access to the important digital learning materials, educational software, and online resources that are key to doing well in the school. Perhaps as fundamental as it is for students, this one is the most challenging and highlights the undeniable functionality of technology in the modern school system in circumstances where students lack computers at home.
Anticipating Thrilling Matches on an
innovative basketball for the second-semester examination! (sports)

DCC transforms traditional basketball in PE
class, introducing a gender-inclusive twist with laundry basket hoops. Students
embrace the innovative gameplay, addressing gender disparity while preserving
the essence of the sport.
This project, developed by the staff, aimed at solving the problem of an unbalanced ratio of women to men per classroom. the issue was solved by making a format that served both girls and boys equally. Still, the game follows the basic rule structure of a traditional basketball, but instead of using traditional rings and boards, they used laundry baskets that the player has to wear like a backpack. It is such a fun game. The wearer of the basket had to run around to avoid the enemy getting close. The opposite team just has to shoot the ball like a traditional basketball.

“Paint to express” (opinion)
Davao Central College reminded students and sent out a note to the student body on March 20, 2024, about the practice of hair coloring. The importance of maintaining grooming standards throughout the campus is emphasized by this order.
The guideline has it that natural hair colors are preferred. And its advice against the application of using unnatural colors. The sentence, however, will be more articulated to explain Davao Central College's reasoning for being a proponent of and an implementer of this policy. The administration of Davao Central College in an official statement stipulates that their goals include "the creation of a working educational center for moral and professional development and the inspiration of students to comply with the rules and regulations.
While the focus is that each individual is different and has a different vision, the significance of considering the existing heterogeneity within the campus is unquestionable. While being in my second year and a part of the LGBT community at Davao Central College, you will have the opportunity to hear Hannah's viewpoint, which is on the delicate side. While she admits that the rationale behind the regulations on the natural hair colors being mentioned is reasonable, she also very clearly states that self-expression stands for everything, with one’s hair color as just one example. Her hair color represents a channel of individuality and identity, as per her view, as well as the people who find it a form of creativity and art.
